Eight international organization leaders, including Jan Mattsson, Executive Director of United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Petko Draganov, Deputy Secretary-General of United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and Dmitri Dovgopoly, Director of United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD), attended the fair together with 50 foreign officers at ministerial level, 33 Chinese officers at provincial level, 45 diplomatic envoys of foreign countries to China (including 11 ambassadors and 16 consul generals), and 39 leaders of foreign (overseas) chambers of commerce and associations.
